We had a full house for our recent Women’s Pelvic Health Talk with our co-founder, Tracey 🤍

And this is exactly what makes CORE different.

CORE was founded by women’s health physiotherapists - clinicians with decades of experience supporting women through every stage of life.

Tracey has spent over 40 years working in women’s health. She understands the pelvic floor not just from a movement perspective, but from a clinical, evidence-based, whole-body one.

Because pelvic health isn’t just about exercise.
It’s about education.
It’s about early intervention.
It’s about long-term care.

So many women live with symptoms thinking they’re “just part of life.” They’re common, but they’re not something you have to accept.
